Auntie will likely give you 1 - 2 kg discount but yeah... your gf will still smash your tank AND your head

but they are very good rocks..... not just in terms of the cleanliness, but also they are very porous.

From the look of more and more of the local LFS (esp our SRC sponsor ) begining to bring in more and more Gems like; Rics, Aust Acan, yuma and Gem tangs ect.. It show that our reefing community is upgrading and not down sizing which is something to cheer for.

yah. i spent about 120. but if I did not get CF rocks, I might loose my corals as they are starting to get stressed in the holding tub

+1. I think this forum has raised awareness of the various types of corals available. People can now see and gauge whats in the market.

Hence making better selection of corals purchase. With demand then comes supply. Example: the recent rics and yumas wave

u can go down to AM...they have nice live rocks there...cheaper...around $8/kg...their rocks are covered with coraline algae...otherwise, RB also have a lot...around $5/kg...my current set-up, i got some of them from RB...some rocks got sponge and mushrooms on them...

I have 2 dead rocks. 1 triangular flat piece and another like a cactus shaped palm size.

but if you want coraline then these are not suitable liao.

update: H firefish still has white spots. might take another 2 - 3 weeks for it to clear. Can only try to keep it happy and hope he recovers.

A piece of good news is that I have another baby Armour of God polyps. From 1 remaining polyp to 5.. wooohoooo. The colours are much better now compared to one month ago.

The purple death has also grown much bigger and purplish instead of grey. Things seem to be looking good
