well, took the plunge and dosed biodigest, tim and reef booster.

Reefbooster is quite oil based. Now tank is rather murky.

I spilled 75% of my Digest. So dosed the remainly 25% into my tank.

50% of Biotim and about 35% of reefbooster.

Remaining amount is chilled in my fridge.

Rics curled up. They have balled up even more as I post. They are pretending to be monti now lol.

super sun tentacles stunted by polyp still extended.

yumas seemed to have enlarged.

cloves looked strange. mouth opened but arms seemed too heavy.

Gonio has nice extensions. about 2 inch.

FTS:

very nice yuma despite the murky water....i think they do better under MH / LED than T5, somehow.

Ya think I will go for these "bubbly"ones instead of those "flatter" species.

GO has posted this yuma pic on their incoming shipment. :eyebrow:

Eqpt: Deltec MCE 600, Tunze 6055 with Tunze 7091 controller, Artica 1/15 HP chiller, AquaIllumination Sol Blue LED Light System

2011 resolution : Do it simpler, better and in an easier way!

Update:

Switch on my skimmer today and it went bongus.

skimming out a lot of water.

I think because of the oil content (much like the DD epoxy), it is not skimming properly.

hope it resumes proper operation after 2 days.

Else I would need to strip and clean the 9002 again this week :(

You may need to retune and clean your skimmer like wat I did after I added in reef booster... :whistle

Just tested my nitrates (<10ppm) and phosphate (0.3ppm). Damm must find a way to reduce my phosphates fast...

nope. did not strip the 9002. lazy.

let it skim out the oil and see if it will be better after 1 week.

But the reefbooster seems quite good.

My gonio, rics and yumas opened big big......

Yup, after using reef booster, everything opened big big...especially Yumas and Rics... :whistle

But do you find that the skim mate from your skimmer is really a lot more after using Bio Clean? Previously I was cleaning my collection cup every week, now I have to clean it every alternate day as it gets really really dirty.

Nope. it skimmed a lot of water though after I switch it on again.

for your skimmer, should be more watery skimmage.

That could be due to reefbooster and not bioclean

Plenty of nice live rocks big, medium, small, at CF.

sixteen per kg though.

Should be very good for your new scaping.

(-_-) Happy will do ... (o_o)

Possible but must have low flow and also have anchoring points set up for the sea horses for their tails to wrap around to. Reborn still have quite a number of sea horses.
