Reefers out there anyone had this problem with Flaco hawkfish and a 6 line wrasse?

my 6 line is being hunted by flame and flaco hawkfish....any idea how to solve it other then catching both hawkfish.

Also pacific pygmy is very very territorial to my african flame back. Currently in QT side of my tank. Any tips?
