Have noticed that the juv emperor i brought 2 weeks ago is nipping on purple tang, the purple tang slows down and open it's fin like when doctor prawn / cleaner wrasse is cleaning it.

Any1 experience it before?

Possible, i once saw a documentary show >> some juv fishes does a cleaning job for better survival.

Those juv fishes shows some blue colour on their body which when adult will disappear..

many juvenile angels and wrasses are cleaners when young.

the blue that bro limsc is referring to is "cleaner blue" this is a colouration on the animal that signifies it is a cleaner. it is not uncommon for juv angelfishes to express cleaning services. they will stop this with age.

yes possible....

I used to have a juv blue ring pecking on adult regal....

Angels are known to have this behavior ^_^
