Hi Justink...thanks. Didn't actually "dump all my tangs " for this 2 precious .

But just to intro these 2 into my tank took up almost 2 mths of work!! I left them with Henry to "beef" them up . Thanks to Henry for doing a great job & keeping them well .

Next step is to trap all my tangs...... They took me almost a mth to get them :angry: .

Then i intro the 2 blackies into the tank with fishtraps... wanting to make sure that they feed on my formula food before releasing them.

The rest of my fishes were released back into the tank after the 2 blackies had settled in & that took a wk. :)

love that AT..i remember beoing it everytime when i visit ML..

marvelous pc...

glad it found a great tank to stay in...

keep us updated on its progress...

Haha.... I have been keeping a close eye on u when u are "beoing" my AT!!! :)

A little update on the progress of my 5ft.....

Last yr was a troubled yr for my tank :( . Due to my busy work schedule & a

faulty po4 testkit :angry: , I had a round of attack by hair algea.... It took me

4 good mths to battle it. In the process , I lost 5 colonies of sps! Including my

prized pink "cat's paw" on my avatar :cry2:

Next to hit me is the dreaded CLAM DISEASE!! After I sold my gold rim maxi to scarab , saw a nice maxi at a certain LFS.... Bought it home and my prized clams

started to die one by one :cry2::cry2: .All my clams are gone including my 2 giants .

After these 2 incidents , it left me to think what i should do next with my tank . Decided to give sps a miss as i love my tangs too much . :paiseh: Now my tank

is filled up with mostly lps , some clams ( bought some 3mths after the clam disease) , mushies , etc .

I had also "upgraded" my weipros to macro skimmers . The 2 macros are powered by a Iwaki MD55 , driving both simultaneously . 1 of the macro is actually a needlewheel but i modified it to be a venturi as i'm not satisfied with it's

needlewheel pump performance . I had also reduced my mh wattage from 750 to 500 after deciding to forgo sps . My 1hp hailea was traded for a 1/3hp daliea . It's performance is equal or even betters the 1hp!! Imagine my savings on the electrical bills...... :D
