In my opinion, if possible, catch it and throw in the sump or give it as food. Because when they grow bigger, they have the strength to move your live rocks.

Thank bro for the advice. I dun think I am able to catch it cos it underneath the rock and I dun want to stir my new setup. I will monitor it progress and decide the next move.

try to trap it, using glass jars and baits..

when it grows bigger (which is very soon) you will have a problem, it will trap and eat small fishes..
