Need help on new tank setup

Hi

Need some advice on sand bed as I going to set up new 5 feet tank. Need suggesttion from all of you here.

After some study I have come out of 2 choices between

1. Jaubert plenum DSB

or

2. SSB

Any suggestion/recomedation on those 2 method.

Pro and con on both method before I set it up.

Please help

Are you use Just DSB or DSB with plenum? Can you share how you setup?

i am not sure what do you mean by DSB with plenum ??

i am just using DSB in the sump tank together with chaeto to help keep the N03 and P03 under control..

what kind of lighting u using able to share how many k and watts

sorry can't see any light issue on it cause i ask what kind of lighting is good for water plant which i place in my sump for nutrien
