i target feed it twice a week..

due to my carelessness,

i accidently spill sea salt" into my tank and it happen to land directly on top of my brain,

half an hour later, it started expelling lots of white stuff...

i got damn scared,

when to pick it up, realise that its damn hard..

not suppose to be like that right???

is it dead??

the colours are still there and its not bleaching...

checked water parameters, everything normal...

thinking of leaving it in my tank overnight to see how it goes tomorrow morning....

Dun worry bro...they are quite hardy.

They expelled muscus is becoz they are stressed from the salt mix that fell on them.

Hardening could be a way or protecting themselves.

Just leave it alone and it will recover.

Meanwhile, if you want to feed them, ideally to supplement feeding with prawn or fish meat in small pieces once or twice a month will do.

They dun require frequent feeding.

Btw, try to change yr waters in the night when yr lights are off rather than in the day when yr corals are "awake" to minimise stress.

Just hope for the best. If it re-inflates, then might recover. If it stays deflated, then might not be good news. You'll surely know when it dies as the flesh will float off and the bone-white skeleton will remain. Good luck.
