Yes thats the one.

I still get whip lash from the flow on the LPS, I am not joking. But in a four footer, you will have lots of space for the current to burn itself out. Hell, some people might even recommend 2 tunzes! Or more.

Dpeends on what you keeping.

in my own understanding, close loop is an external pump, draining water from the main tank, without any filtration or media and circulating the water back to the tank just to create water current or motion.... so it's just rotating ur water to create water movements in ur tank....

correct me if im wrong...

yes I am using a close loop system also. but I found out that I have a still spot somewhere in the center of the tank. can see the debris just floating up without it being stirred around, like the sides. so I'm thinking of borrowing a reefer's tunze to try out first. see whether got effect or not.

Close loops are a great idea but you must prepare the holes and bulkhead in the tank before your reef is setup, but the problem of high water velocity remains.

Tunze Streams are excellent with their controllers. Creating many current conditions for the corals and fish.
