Hello Mitlancer, that's one of my dreams. For now, it's still a far-fetched dream. Just doing some research on demand vs supply locations for now. Hopefully this would come true one day.

somewhere near holland drive, ghim moh, clementi area will be nice currently only ML is nearest available, then follow by LCK which is way to far.

NE like sengkang and punggol will be baby boomers zone also potential area, but accessiblity will be a problem.

poll count still quite low, but seems like there are quite a fair bit of Westies here with not much choices for convenient LFS in the area...

maybe you can do a more in depth market analysis in future when planning your dream shop!

Yeah, west side is pathetic.... have to travel either to central or east most of the time... sob... so I hope your dream shop will also fulfill my dream of another LFS in the West area!!! haha....

Thanks for your valuable inputs and feedback. I will consider the West feedback but thinking of North first as I am staying in North myself. Now just a pathetic worker continuing my 8-5 job while waiting for retrenchment.

Are we all not waiting for retrenchment..... especially as you approach 45 and beyond.... tick tock tick tock......
