Anyone used this or any other similar product before?

Eheim Gravel Cleaner

Sounds interesting, since we don't have to replace the water volum we suck out when cleaning the gravel. Problem is the Eheim product only reaches 20", but our conventional tanks are 24" height give or tank a few inches, so we might not be able to reach the gravel!

Anyone come across similar products from other brands with lengthier extensions?

Actually it doesn't suck out the water, the water is pumped through a filter sock which catches the debris.

Honestly, I don't change water very often! I want to be able to clean the sandbed of debris while not siphoning the water out. As Binosage has pointed out.

Problem with Eheim is it's too short!

Yah I used a similar product like that, but decided to just stir the sand before water change to export the suspended debris haha.
