any chance of them growing back???

Feed them regulary with brine shrimp or small pieces of fish / prawn meat. Place the meat here / at their mouth and they will swallow them.

And with daily dose of calcium, this will stimulate growth as well. But new heads may not necessary grow on the dead ones.

Rate of growth is very fast. Within 24-48hrs, new head will "pop" out if you feed them well.

Target feeding is more effective. I tried dosing those coral food, no use.

Beware, shrimps and crabs will steal food from these slow eaters. I usually feed the shrimp first then the corals.

Small pieces of seafood are also good choices. Don't feed too much and don't disturb after feeding as it will expel the food eaten.

i've to turn off powerheads right?

Feed them once a week is good enough bro , they dont like strong light IME, they dont take alk swing well though

Ya agreed that. Normally one head dead others may follow, unless water parameter in check.
