CAL & Kh

hi bro... just wanna check with you guys...

Before CR install --> CAL 460, KH 6

After CR install --> CAL 380, KH 9.5

Could anyone explain this to me plss...

cos before the installation of CR, i always haf problem boosting up the Kh level and had totally no problem with my CAL level.

however, after seeing me install my CR, i saw the HUGE difference and it became hard for me to maintain my CAL level. Why is this happening and wat shld i do?? thx for any review...

after installing of CR, i could see the growth rate of my SPS faster then before...

to my knowledge, isnt SPS suspose to take in Kh instead???

SPS take in Ca.....you sure your CR has been sized enuff to provide adequate CR to your SPS? looks like not enuff leh..based on what the figures are saying..

bro, me no experience.....but my understanding is your CR may not be working hard enough.......check your pH level set to melt the media in the CR or extend the working time for the CR if you set it on timer.....ensure your CR level reaches the ideal level.......size of CR doesnt really affect the dose but it will determine how often you need to top up yr media.......

hmmmm guys... thx for the advise...

but watz troubling me is that how come the Kh is going UP and UP...

if i extend the CR timing, the KH only goes up and cal down...

i cant seemed to find a way to increase the CAL and only thru dosing....

last time when i was using dosing method, my sps is also growing and sucking up my Kh so fast that i cannot take it while cal remain pretty normal..

when i change to CR, iz the opposite... that's y i find it weird... now im manually dosing CAL powder with CR on... hopefully it will work
