Brownish Algae On Sandbed & LiveRock

Hi bros,

My new tank have been with me for 1 month, recently did notice alot of brownish algae on sandbed and liverocks,

kindly advise how to deal with them?

just wait for a few months , and dun use watch your PO4 , its just diatoms , new tanks will all mostly get it

New tank syndrome, you can brush it off with a toothbrush. try to lower phosphate too.

btw avoid using tap water as well.

u can consider getting 1-2 turbo snails, its wks for me. my 2 cents
