Notice that there is quite a number of back out agreement recently

Perhaps Bcos alot of reefer is selling thing recently, from corals to fishes to books and software

(duuno got anyone sell soiled clothing or not )

Perhaps this is always the case but just not highlighted previously

Can I suggest we have the function to rate buyer and seller (just like Yahoo Auction). Just one look, both parties will be able to guage the reliability of the offerer/offeree. I believe this will greatly reduce unnecessary inconvinence.
