Limited space when buying a LR of mushrooms

Whenever I'm at the LFS looking for mushrooms to buy, I have to choose mushrooms attached to a small piece of LR. This is so as to prevent rescaping my nano tank. Just wondering if you guys do have the same problem? I just bought a rock of mushrooms today, I couldn't resist even though the LR is quite huge. Now thinking if I should just frag all the mushrooms off the rock or not?

What will you guys do?

I think I might. But the only problem I see is that some of the mushrooms are really tiny, how do you frag them as well?

chisel out a small piece of rock that the mushroom is attached to....aim with 45 degree angle from each side of rock...if shrooms are very near each other i use a big flat type screwdriver...leave the frags on sandbed stabilise few days then glue to main rock or on smaller pc of LR

Its just some normal green striped mushroom. I've been wanting it for a long time, just that I can't find anywhere that sells them.

GO got multiple mushrooms on a piece of rock...solid! fat and healthy....blur, red, orange, stripes..all in one rock...like a rainbow
