LR prices

Can anyone who had recently bought LRs advise me where to get reasonable quality LRs and what is the $/kg now ?

Understood different quality, cured/uncured will command different prices.

Kindly advise or PM me as I may be looking for 30-40kg of it.

Wait for some reefer selling their LRs. About the same or cheaper than the price you pay from LFs, and you are getting the cured LRs.

for local LRs it should be btw 6 to 8....... for tonga/ fiji LRs, should be ard 18.

PR sells Fiji at $16 per kilo. that was the price two months ago lah. not sure about now

i find henry's lr good and worth a buy.... $12/kg but full of coralline...very rich and comes in different shapes n sizes...

IMO, i wun spend 12 bucks for normal local LRs, why not u get those 6 to 8 bucks normal local LRs, put them in ur tank, let it cycle, drip it wif kalk and i can assure u, u will get lots of coraline algae in no time!!!!! at least it works for me.....

a bit = how much? for ten or twenty kilos, very hard to get that sort of price unless its a reefer who is selling.

can PM shetland if you want. he/she is selling. but don't know whether still selling or not.

i missed those days when lr wer still selling $6-$8/kg..... now all lfs shoot up prices... i saw the ls in some lfs selling at $8/kg.... i wouldn't waste my money buying it as i can see there is no 'life' in those rocks, rather save afew more bucks and buy quality ones at a abit more higher price...

i dunnoe how to use 'themes' to describe it..so i juz roughly talk abt it.. it's good, with purplish substance on it.. with alot of those grasslike algae i tink..those will swift the water current..btw, hi reefer bro! ahah..but IMO..if u stay too far..dun waste $ for ur transport to yishun!
