have a HO T5 6-tube lightset from DE lightings, fixture is for a 3ft setup.

lightset is less than 1 year old, comes in-build with 2 cooling fans.

Tubes are from ATI, configuration is 3 white, 2 blue and 1 red.

Power adapter for cooling fan needs to be replaced, easily available from hardware stores.
