HELP: Is this a 'Sea Spider'??

Pls help to identify this creature. It popped out from my live rock and should I keep it or should I 'terminate' it? Is it reef and fish safe??

Your photo is too large. Pls keep it to 700 pixel width.

And that's a land spider.

If you want to see what a sea spider looks like.. do a search and you'll find at least two threads on it.
