Hi guys,

I am using Tetra Nitrate Test Kit as well, and it always shows high nitrate, however, if you wanna see if your test kid if having problem, why not test it on a newly mixed salt water or even fresh water from the tap to see if it does show high nitrate.

Some articles mentioned that most of the test kit's results are greatly affected by high nitrite. So why not check out your nitrite level.
