Important to read up BEFORE buying anything. This hobby requires a lot of commitment. If you really want to have a go. I suggest you buy the tank and live rocks to start the nitrogen cycle process. This process will take 4-6 weeks. DO NOT buy any livestock (fish, snails, crabs, corals, any living things) until the cycle process is complete. Instead use the time waiting for the tank to cycle to read up on this hobby and equip yourself with a good knowledge base.

Our forum has many resources for you. Use search to learn from others before you. If search turns up nothing, feel free to ask.

Start this hobby right, the results are rewarding. Start it wrong, you'll only kill lots of livestock and waste money in the process. Cheers.
