I still walk past looking at the tanks cannot imagine how to squeeze marine fishes in there

so didnt buy <_<

What happened? :huh: I thought they were pretty friendly. The guy who served me insisted on explaining the details of the tank to me even when I've already mentioned I'll take one.

i was actually inquiring about the new led light they have as it looks very nice and even more suitable for my tank as it is quite wide,

then i was left hanging for awhile until i got pissed, ( they were not even attending to any1 ) , and all the more since i am in sales line i am very particular with service

Oh no... sorry to hear that. I was there on sat, and reached their booth around 7 plus, near to closing time. Most of the sales people looked tired, but nevertheless, were friendly and helpful as there were quite a few customers there. Some customers were obviously first time hobbyist as they were asking rather interesting questions, but the guys there seem to handle them well, so I was surprised that this happened to you. I agree that customer service is one important factor for me to revisit a place again.

anyway I was there on the last day also ard 7 lots of people butnotsure leh their service didnt seem bad

Just keep zoas garden and gsp... maybe a mini blasto and some sun corals... :eyebrow:

1ft cube with IOS [the low tech tank]

1. JBJ C-breeze to keep temp hovering around 27-28'C

2. LED clip on - 120 bulbs

-skimmer-less-

My 3 humble equipments that keeps my tank running... [DRIED OUT]

1. The RSM itself of course 2.My NEW Deltec MCE-300 Skimmer 3. My trusty Arctica Chiller

Tank parameters:

Temperature maintained at 25.3'C to 24.7'C

No3: 10ppm(b4 the use of the deltec skimmer)

No3: 5ppm (after use of the skimmer)

Others? too lazy to measure...LOL

Camera- EOS 50D
