Hi ppl,

That time i had introduced a pink tubeworm into the tank. it hated the spot and i thot its dead. apparently it had left its tube and wriggled to a place behind the tank and built a home there, in the sand.

One, day, i took a tweezer and gently dragged him out of there and put him infront with some new tubeworm.

But however, he nvr came out of the new shell anymore. Meaning, i nvr saw the pink feathers come out anymore.

My question is, is he really dead this time? Or probably sneaked off somewhere again? The body is still infront with no movement.

Is there a chance for it to resurrect again?? I think its kinda cute, with its pink feathers...

How long ago was that ? Soemtimes tubeworms will even drop their "feathers" and after abt 1 week or so grow new ones.
