momopeach
when i used to feed 2 or 3 times a day, my fishes never venture out in the open when someone is near the tank, except feeding time.. but now that i feed them just once a day, they are constantly in the open "begging" for food.. they get extra treats on the weekends though.. SRC Member marineph Posted January 3, 2015 SRC Member Share Posted January 3, 2015 Controlled at once a day, at most twice sometimes. The last time when I had the auto-feeder, it was 3 times a day which increased my bioload. I have since stop using the auto-feeder unless not at home for more than 3 days. SRC Member 900801 Posted January 3, 2015 SRC Member Share Posted January 3, 2015 I feed small by many meals about 4-5 times per day if time permits. Twice in the morning about 1 hour apart, thrice at night about 1 hour apart.
