How many times do you feed your fishes daily?

when i used to feed 2 or 3 times a day, my fishes never venture out in the open when someone is near the tank, except feeding time..

but now that i feed them just once a day, they are constantly in the open "begging" for food.. they get extra treats on the weekends though..

Controlled at once a day, at most twice sometimes.

The last time when I had the auto-feeder, it was 3 times a day which increased my bioload. I have since stop using the auto-feeder unless not at home for more than 3 days.

I feed small by many meals about 4-5 times per day if time permits. Twice in the morning about 1 hour apart, thrice at night about 1 hour apart.

7 times: 1 cube of mysis or brine in the morning and evening and 5x pellet by feeder in between.

3 times pellets, sometimes 4. 1 cube of henry reef gourmet and 1 piece seaweed.

2 times auto feeding daily..this is the video of one feeding..sometimes adhoc self feeding pellets,seaweed,mysis,etc when at home relax do nothing watching my tank hand itchy haha
