Here is a picture of my tank with the new rockscape.

This will be a prata, zoas and most importantly, acanthastrea lordhowensis dominated tank..... B)

Have enough corals currently to fill this new tank to the brim without having to buy any more la...... :lol:

Looks like you have to add in a few sps too... :lol:

1ft cube with IOS [the low tech tank]

1. JBJ C-breeze to keep temp hovering around 27-28'C

2. LED clip on - 120 bulbs

-skimmer-less-

My 3 humble equipments that keeps my tank running... [DRIED OUT]

1. The RSM itself of course 2.My NEW Deltec MCE-300 Skimmer 3. My trusty Arctica Chiller

Tank parameters:

Temperature maintained at 25.3'C to 24.7'C

No3: 10ppm(b4 the use of the deltec skimmer)

No3: 5ppm (after use of the skimmer)

Others? too lazy to measure...LOL

Too good liao! So must wait for my tank to be ready then take, if not die I very paiseh.

where do you house all your electrical plugs? Inside the cabinet? My tankmaker discourage me to do it as it the evaporation may cause short circuit.. :o

Hi bro,

i house almost all my electrical plugs in the cabinet. Dun really know abt the likelihood of short circuit but so far it has worked fine for me for years....

Thx dude. BTW how many packets of 20lbs sand did you use for your tank and whats the depth of the sandbed? I'm getting black sand for a change..is 2 packet enough? And how do you find the flow of your Eheim 1262? Probably using the same model for my new 2ft cube too.

Haha its no zoa heaven la... and its fast cos i practically only needed to take some of my zoas over from my prop tank over to this new one. It is still a insignificant corner, as this new tank is FILLED with aussie acans.... :yeah::D
