Cleaner Shrimp & Elephant ear

Bought a small clearner shrimp after the old one died mysteriously... Was ok when this guys was small, now that it has grown bigger it start to become a nuisance to the elephant ear!

Didn't get to see it attending to my boxfish to clean it and worse of all keep disturbing the elephant ear till it has to throw out white ribbon like stuff to defense itself or cover itself up!!

looks like not all clearner shrimp are good...

and looks like I have to....

Wow.. I never heard of killer cleaners... Maybe it's lonely?

i got 3 cleaner shrimps and they keep on disturbing my anemone

IMO when cleaner shrimps get bigger and more stable in the tank, thye do get more bold and start walking abt disturbing corals and such. But IMO not much damage is done

Cleaners are very bold, they step all over my corals and even clean my hand which is quite painful coz they are BIG!

Painful??? nah i always let my cleaner shrimp clean my hand... IMO not painful at all just a little tickle
