What are the expensive fishes you've lost since the start of this

I saw this thread in RC discussing about the fishes that they've lost and one guy mentioned he lost a clarion (OMG), a conspic (alamak), 2 bandits, 2 goldflakes etc etc. I think it'll be interesting to see what are the fishes that reefers here hav lost, if possible can put down reasons as well. To prevent the list getting too long we jux list down the more expensive fishes lost. Expensive is subjective, so can jux list down the fishes lost that u feel is expensive in your own terms and need not be expensive in terms of money worth.

Let me start the ball rolling (I'll list down the fishes tat cost me >100, which is my definition of expensive):

1. x2 goldflakes (itch, velvet)

2. x2 black tang (tank crash, velvet)

3. x1 crosshatch male trigger (velvet)

4. x1 Robustus Butterfly (Itch and poor feeding)

5. x1 Blue-lined Angel (velvet)

6. x2 Ventralis Anthias (Tank crash)

7. x2 Hooded Wrasse (Tank Crash)

8. x1 Achilles Tang (Itch and Tank Crash)

9. x2 male Flame Wrasse (Tank Crash)

10. x1 Swissguard (Velvet)

11. x1 Declivis Butterfly (Improper Cycling)

12. x1 Multicolor Angel (Improper Cycling)

13. x1 Africanus Angel (Velvet)

sometime i just cannot understand... looking at the amount we spend on equipment to keep the specimen alive... worse, some dun even have the necessary equipment

i really wonder should i just leave it to the sea....
