Where to get clear PVC tube?

Anyone know where I can get clear PVC tubes in diameters >1"?

Won't that encourage algae growth inside the tube? I guess if you are going to use it to connect the tank to a sump (if), algae may grow because of lighting?

Yes it would, but then again most skimmers are clear anyways...

you can get it from any local aquarium shop selling at $3.00 the most in 2 sizes. Get a bottle brush to clean algae from time to time.

y would u wan a transparent one? it promotes algae growth.. use the grey or white ones will stop algae growth wad???

not necessarily. I still have algae growth in my freshwater green coloured Eheim tube.

Erm I'm looking at diameters of 4"... solid PVC not those bendable types or those found in normal aquarium shops.. sorry if I didn't make myself clear...

You can get them at Hai Cheong Plastics...

theres one at Kallang and another at Ubi...
