May I ask what is the temperature that you are keeping and the fluctuation?

Agree with bro Wilson. Klyve photo skill so so only. Not justify his GEM. Must see in real life. Never regret. I vote him TOTM.

But bro, I dont mean bro klyve's photo skills so-so leh... Haha. What I meant was the being 2D, pictures can't show the real depth and varying sps depth placement.. See in real life, definitely more awesome than the pictures.

Hopefully one fine day will get a chance to view the tank.

Nope have removed the CR and changed to dosing. and also added another return pump OR3500.

And my temperature set at 25 and kick in at 27.

minimal burnt tips from birdnest. have to keep up with water changes over the next few days to bring it back down. the rest of the SPS are ok.

i must thank cedric for generously giving me three jerry cans full of water during night time. i'm so touched yet humbled by the generous and sincere offer.

Cedric is the man, now i know if anything happens in the middle of the night(touch wood) who to look for liao...Hee Hee....

Anyway i also having some problems all my digi, birdnest and monti all die, have try alot of times without success.only happen maybe 3 months ago. while the rest of the sps all doing well..Haizzz...my water permeter SG: 1024 KH :8 CA: 450 MG : 1400.......Dont know what's the cause and they are suppose to be those easy sps...

what happen?

i have problems with some digitatas also. all the polyps die off and leave the SPS polyp-less.

the sps never stn or rtn, but the polyps just all dissapear. funny right? but recently seem to be ok.

Yeah thats what happen to mine, but over times aglea will take over....So cant find the cause for it...but bird nest will stn....

pink birdnest grow very fast for me.

green birdnest... i always accidently break them coz they're so fragile! so never get a change to grow!!! arghgh

is it stn from bottom? sometimes it happens to my birdnests too.. i found out that if it stn from bottom, likely cause could be insufficient lighting reaching the base, due to the way it grows, if u view from the top, u will see that the new growth of the birdnest will shade away completely the bottom part.. i find they recover pretty well if i rotate its position or place it differently such that light can reach its base.. just a minor observation from my little experiences.. not sure if its the same for u.. :P

yup stn from the bottom... but even those small frags also will stn...
