Despite the increase of freight cost, i am still very please with LCK. Do you agree with me? Currently, only lck bring in exotic fish and his price still very reasonable. Sometimes we must understand that, the cost of the fishes depend on the supplier side. If they remain the same price, then selling price can be the same, If they increase then the selling price need to be adjust.

110% agreed. We don't have many exotic fish suppliers here. ;)

Jux to add also has many barberfish, though these are not attractive fishes, they are one of the easiest to keep butterflies.

yup, agree with LCK doing us a great service by bringing in exotic fishes. However, prices go up cos there are still people willing to pay large sums for livestock. As long as we are willing to pay up, i can assure you that there will be many more increases in freight charges in the future, regardless of petrol price :rolleyes:

I'm not so sure if the air cargo industry or oil cartels will feel the pinch if we stop buying fishes :P

I know that's not what you meant, but really, this is not a problem exclusive to the marine trade. Even domestic freight charges have increased quite a lot recently in the states. Blame it on the postal workers lah, always go on strike hehehe.

still waiting for my green banded goby from LCK ): maybe its time to place another order incase my last one got forgotten or lost in transaction :D

LCK still remains one of my fav LFS in the west. always bring in alot of fishes and the quality there no horse run.
