Clearing Tank

Hi there... i am clearing my tank. 48"x30"x24"(12mm) wif sump tank n cabinet. 4xtunze wave maker forgot the model no. but its the 4500l. 1xphos reactor, 2xSolite Actinic blue( each got 2x54w T5), live rocks, 2xyellow tang, 1xconvict tang. Everything to go at 700. Won't be selling separately. Thank you very much.

would it come with return pump and chiller?

return pump yes.. but not chiller.. Don't think chiller can come so cheap. loction to view in tampines. i may consider reduce the price for real sincere buyer when they come over to view.
