Coraline algae from purple gradually to pink..is it good or bad sign??

Bro he is rite. Try expose some part of coralline algae on surface of water (if u can spare lol) soon after 24hrs it will turn pink then few days later turn white dead IME.

..but this happen when i change my MH bulb from 14K to 20K for a tank of 2.5' depth..why??

20k does not have enough brightness to penetrate 2.5' depth. Close to 10k would be better since thats closer to sunlight colour.

20K looks nice but you need higher wattage to offset the drop in brightness. Natural sunlight is around 10K colour temp. So most of the algae and corals have maximum photosynthesis near this range. If you are using 20K, you may need to supplement with 10K bulbs at the same time.

What wrong with pink?

Mine was pink all along. Covered 80% of my back wall and almost all my rocks. Also growing layers upon layers. Some layer until like cauliflower.

In fact too much. Hope they dont grow so fast. Eating all my calcium and carbonate.
