am selling a PF0 400W E ballast

i bought it frm a reefer but i have never used it..been lying here for around 1 adn a half years around there i think so need to clear it

not sure if it is working or not,if nt then buyer could fix it or smth..just wana clear it

think better for u to check whether its working or not. people wont want to buy one that is not functioning well.

i honestly would but there is no way that i could as it is just teh ballast and i do not have the lighting wire to plug..anyways will reduce to 50 dollars
