help how to cycle tank right

hi all expert out there any idea how to cycle a tank correctly and what to chk for the correct water condition for keeping fish only????

if have already tank with some fish living ok happylily but once introduce new fish always get white spot and then couldy eyes and die there after chk no2 and no3 both 5ppm 10dkh using tropic marine salt mix to change water so far only yellow tang clown survive so pls help me and some other out there to do things right and keep us continue in this hobby and give up

NO2 should be 0 before you add any livestock to the tank at all.

What is the tank size in litres?

What is your Salinity?

What is your ammonia reading?

Temperature? Average and Maximum.

How many KG of live rock?

What kind of Skimmer?

What substrate are you using? Livesand? Barebottom?
