Question for 3x2x1.5ft tank

Is it ok if my height of 3x2x1.5ft tank is bigger 0.5ft to width?

(I aware that it shouldn't more than that)

What is the min thk for all glass especially bottom? It is reef tank with DSP n live rock.

My sump is 2x1x1.

If i drill a hole at corner with triangle chamber, normal use what size of hole?

I not sure of return pump flow rate yet, maybe 4000l/h or 5000l/h or less...

All around 8mm or 10mm. More braces below. Use good silicon.

Pump flowrate can be 3000 to 4000lph. Hole diameter can be 1inch - 1.5inch

Sorry. It is 3x1.5x2. so height is 2ft but width is 1.5ft.

Will it noisy if water go throught the weir chamber? Do I need to setup standpipe?

If yes, the pipe size follow drilled hole?

If might quite big if I use triangle chamber...
