Hi guys

Decided to share with you guys a tiny marine tank that has kept me busy for the past few months...

It all started Oct 2008 with a 2ft Optiwhite glass tank.

Here it goes again.. Unstopable "choochoo marine train" More pics Jervis...

You have been stalking me? :eyebrow: It's a good feeling seeing the 'old birds' again.

This tank will undergo a major overhaul this afternoon and that's the reason why I decided to share it before it "disappears" :pinch:

Due to work commitment (for the next 3 to 6 months), I have decided to pass most of my SPS to a close friend for safekeeping. He is my best candidate and I'm sure he will be able to take good care of these babies. So, what I will do today is to take 1 final FTS and begin the transformation.

Have not really decided how/when/what to transform into... but most probably to a lower maintenance setup with less demanding inhabitants.

Will update again tonight :)

you are back again jervis! been reading your office tank journey for the past week.

Its really nice of you to share all the products that you purchase and the way to rear marine fish / corals.

But am going to wait for you 3-6 month before seeing you post again. Will be camping in SRC waiting for you!

Haha Stlking u ? No lah.... :pirate: U old bird for equipments and and best reviewed for all equipments tat u using. Been a breeze to read ur review rept and enrichment too. well, I've decomm as sold my hse. Not sure when will step into SRC again.

Really nice setup for ur present tank, the growth speaks for ur efforts too. Y not keep this present tank as smaller and u need not do so many water change and u may relax infront of ur tank when tire ... :eyebrow:

I will continue to post... the tank will continue to run. Just that the tank inhabitants will change drastically.

Oh! You don't run a tank anymore? Well... I'm sure you can find an empty corner in your new home :eyebrow:

I hope I don't have to do anymore reviews... I was silly and "young" once... made some friends but made a lot more enemies :pinch:

I will keep this tank running as it's probably less painful and time consuming to just keep it :rolleyes:

Nice stuffs wad abt the skimmer?? :eyebrow:

1ft cube with IOS [the low tech tank]

1. JBJ C-breeze to keep temp hovering around 27-28'C

2. LED clip on - 120 bulbs

-skimmer-less-

My 3 humble equipments that keeps my tank running... [DRIED OUT]

1. The RSM itself of course 2.My NEW Deltec MCE-300 Skimmer 3. My trusty Arctica Chiller

Tank parameters:

Temperature maintained at 25.3'C to 24.7'C

No3: 10ppm(b4 the use of the deltec skimmer)

No3: 5ppm (after use of the skimmer)

Others? too lazy to measure...LOL

mine also 2 ft but so unsightly that i dun dare to post haha...

do not miss me out if u intend to frag ur sps as i wish to try some out...just a small frag of each ard 1 inch...
