im downloading texas chainsaw massacre now after downloading a whole lot of movies over the past few mths and i didn't get caught.. from what i know... if u don't share, you're safe but try not to stay online for a very long time as well... i usually shut down kazaa after abt an hour and continue downlaoding the next day...
