Super sun dying

Need some help here. I used to have a nice supersun colony which grew from 5 heads to 10 heads. But recently it started to retract and now its dying.

I did see my blue tang nipping at it and then it started retracting. But even though I have isolated it, it still doesn't extend tentacles for feeding. Has been like that for pass 2-3 wks already.

Any experts can help me on this?

The sorry state now :cry2:

I've got one that ends up like urs but now it's recovering in a small tank without much fishes. For a start, I put pellets right on top of it's heads, without fish disturbing, it'll slowly open up and feed on the pellets. Once they get better, I started feeding with Henry's "sea-food" and it does grows back stronger. But must really keep fishes away during this time of recovery. Still give it lights and water motions.

Suncorals are best fed separately, I mean take them out of your tank in a wide container and put some freshly mixed cyclopeeze or whatever food you use in the water. Put in a airline to continuously circulate the water. Feed them heavily and wait for half an hour. If they reopen fully, feed again.

Then put them back in the tank fast.

My suncorals are fat and healthy.

Just a mobile cam pic to show you mine.

All the best.
