I'm tuppy suddenly cannot top-up, the pump is working and can manual do top-up. Can anyone help or you got contact that can do the repair

Check the float switches to see if they are working properly / connected properly.

If you need to take it somewhere to get it repaired, you can try Sim Lim Tower Basement.

Big corner shop, Continental Electronics. The uncle there does repairs on all kinds of electronics, and their prices are quite reasonable, can go ask for a quote.
