where do you buy your food?

Just to find out what foods are you feeding to your fishes n corals and where do you buy it? especially those frozen food...think most lfs got their housebrand?

appreciate if you could also share which food is good for what....

Normally I feed my fishes dried food - GroTech NutriVital Plus. Good stuffs.

I don't feed my corals. They get the nutrients from the water and energy from the lightings.

Fishes I feed mysis, henry's gourmet, pellets.

Corals I dose "AquaPharm" 5-in1, "KentMarine" Phytoplex & Zooplex.

Don't know its enough food for corals or not???
