Can Try Bioplast (System and Control Engineering) very well known in freshwater circles especially for chiller repair and moss.

I've seen many chillers there for servicing and repair but mostly JBJ and Teco, can give them a call and try though.

They are pricey but they known what they're doing (as always get a quotation before you commit to any repairs, it

may be cheaper to just buy a 2nd hand chiller here on forum.)
