horizontal not swimming

hi i got a flame angel and now it staying horizontal not swimming the tank tempreture is 30 and the rest of the fish seem ok eg yellow tang clown fish diamond butterfly scopas tang blue mandrine cardinal and box fish all swimming and eating so far no white spot on flame angel

Sad to tell you most probably your flame will kkk soon. I tried flame many times and yet to succeed. I was told survival rate is quite poor.

I had the same experience. Flame left in beta box and eating well for few days. Than suddenly went into sleeping position+ breathing fast and soon after kkk.

Despite failure for so many times will try again when time permits. Simply love the vibrant colour and will msurely stand out in our tank.

Wonder any seniors out there that ever keep flame for long period and whats the secret?

i tried 2 both up lorry. for flame is from hawalii so i guess if best to have chiller for the tank.
