wood is abt 1.5 - 2 inches thick

standard height frm bottom is 2 ft . additional height + half a ft = $15

all are standard wood finish . high ends wood finish not cheapo types .

what type of wood? what type of laminate if going for cabinet?

such information would be beneficial as high end wood has a lot of...different types.

Are the tiers flat (i.e. has a piece of plywood rather than just a hole)
