I'm not sure if local carriers offer such a service. The next closest thing is the HomeZone product from Starhub. Allows you unlimited calls and SMSes but only at your home. You'll need a starhub maxonline subcription, a starhub mobile line, plus the home Zone subscription.

It's a new technology called Femtocell. basically, a small cellular base station (much like a wireless router) is installed at your home connected to your internet connection where your mobile calls are routed through.

need to get 1 immediate...the most i see only 2000 mins free. :thanks:

From an end user perspective, yes, similar to skype. You'll need a mobile data plan to use skype on your mobile phone (unless you use wi-fi). HomeZone does not need a mobile data plan nor wi-fi equipped mobile phone.
