best thing to do is ask fellow reefers to harbour refuge to ur ls first til u solve ur water problem....

Yup... your fishes need to seek refuge fast!! Or they will die when nitrite shoots up and ammonia shoots further up...

If you ammonia is high, you shouldn't be pouring in "cycle stuff". Its going to contribute more to your ammonia readings. Change water is the best way to get ammonia out of the water.

I think its best that you do a water change and check for any dead matter and remove it.

i think overload.. cause before it crash.. i add in 2 coral that my uncle gave it to me..

i using a 2ft tank..

i test the ammonia lvl.. it is 1.5mg.. damn high... before that is 0mg...

the main problem now is the ammonia ... it rises up...

and 1 of the coral my uncle gave to me is anemone.. if nt wrong it is going to spawn... from 1 into 2...

i have do a 15% water change today..

i add in this..Nutrafin cycle

over load for coral... i nv add in any fish b4 the crash.. cause b4 the crash my system i running well for 5 months.. just then my uncle clearing his tank.. so gave me tis 2 coral.. n this starts...

Hmmm..anemones don't undergo asexual reproduction unless water conditions are minimal. Is it torn instead? Might explain ur ammonia spike.

first the water turn cloudy...

for about 2 days... then slowly.. i saw my seachem ammonia alert.. become green.. so i change my water that i back up few days ago...cause i also sense that something is going wrong also..

REMOVE THE ANEMONE NOW! It will be one of the first suspects and definitely the first victims to succumb to ammonia spike. It will be a catalyst in livestock die-off.

ok beside this.. my uncle gave 1 coral to me.. i nt sure what is it.. but a round shape it have.. n bubble tip on top...

that coral is doing fine... for the few day...

i suspect it might be the anemone.. if i am not wrong...

i already remove the anemone... what should i do now.. remove the coral...

i rather lose this anemone then destroying my tank...

i also notice something...

i add half a bottle of nutrafin cycle..

n the ammonia still the same at night... cant be right.. it should remove ammonia

plus 15% water changes at least the condition will be better ...

all coral are still alright... just this stupid anemone become a ball.. n roll about...

i thought it haven find a place to settle down.. but i am wrong.. 3 days it should have settle down.. n open up.. not like a ball roll around...
