Buying auto feeder

I would like to get a auto feeder for my absent in town for a week...

But not too sure which brand to get as I dunno if that product can last for a week???

Cos some states that 24hour.... so not too sure abt that...

Any bro here have got any to sell to me or can anyone recommend me 1 that can last for a week.

I use the cheapo China made auto feeder. Can last for 2 weeks based on my feeding amount 4x/day.

For branded auto feeders, 1 week should not be an issue.

How long it can last before next top up really depends on 2 things:

1) how much your initial top up was and

2) how much it dispenses each time(adjustable on most brands including the china made). It's adjustable as not every single user has the same bioload. You can roughly gauge from there how long it can last by simulating a few cycles before mounting up the tank - Dispense frequecy higher and larger quantity mean the food will use up faster.

it be best to get hydor or ehiem brand as they are proven to be reliable as i'm currently using both brands.

a week feeding shouldn't be an issue and its okay to feed less when you are not around.
