i got 2 coralreef pump 2800lph dunno wheather is enough to pump up

cause my tank will be 2,5 feet tall......and cabinet is 80cm tall

I depends on how big is your tank and what type of flow rate you are trying to achieve in your main tank?

For 4 x 2 x 2.5 ft, it should be about 150 gallons.

The ideas flow rate is 10 to 20x. Hence, about 1500 to 3000 gph.

Assuming that you cabinet is 2 ft + 2.5 ft (tank), the total height is about 4.5 ft.

I think you pump may not be powerful enough, unless the return is straight up without any elbow.

Hi,

I''m using CR4900 rated at 3800l/h and consume 70W of electricity. The cost of the pump is in the region of $30/-. My top of the tank is 5ft from the base of my sump. there are 4 90 degree turn.

I'm satisfied with the resulting flow rate at the outlet.

However, I'm seriously doubt the product has been overrated on the flow rate.
