How often do you clean tank wall ?

I have 13 fishes (2 angels, 1 yellow tang, 2 clowns, 1 blenny, 4 chromis, 3 fairy wrasse)

2 skimmer (1 HS/ 1 Schuran), deep sand bed, chaeto algae as bio - filter yet i need to clean my tank wall once every 3 days of brown diatom.

I use tap water for top up.

How about you guys ?

Diatoms usually is introduce thru fish foods such as flakes as they contain phosphate or uneaten food left in the water...these are the main causes.

hmm when i dun feel lazy... tht makes tank cleaning once/twice a mth? hee

my tank got alot of prints. like squiggly prints. I think its my snail foot print -.- make my glass look very ugly. i clean everyday coz the bloody snail keep walking on the glass and make those prints. dunno why only my tank have this problem. good thing i use magnetic cleaner

Mine has the problem as yours. Thus i'll prob clean it once a week

I never had to clean my glass ever since I switch to an algae scrubber.

The only reason why I would want to clean the glass are the amount of pods on the glass.
