I dont think its nudis.. Its also happening to mine recently.. Cant be nudis as I do fresh water dips for any new zoa entering my tank and my hungry watchdogs (wrasses) are always on the patrol.. I think the pox infection is inherent from the zoa itself... Will plan not to touch it so as not to stress it further..

Agreed with you, dun think is nudis. I guess is virus or bacterial. The zoa die too fast....

:upsidedown: Last weekend MOI still saw plentiful no of small colonies at LCK. :evil: So tis time round U gotta buy more as 'safe deposits'. :eyebrow:

:peace: Tis particular African Blue Hornets luvs strong current & proliferates more when there's current flowing across the colonies. No problem placing top, mid & bottom level. :eyebrow:

I place on the top, may be that is the reason....

may be will go there this thursday, got any shipment that day?

Will place under intensive care if I get myself another piece. :)

where you place yours? under T5?

Mine are still doing fine for now... I got one from sealife many months ago. same species and it crashed on me over night. hope my current one continues growing.

my blue hornet in my maintank under 3x250W mh on sandbed giving me problem too.

flow is quite good,same problem too.

another colony in my sump holding area with almost 0 flow and 2x24W T5 doing quite ok.

Same same here....

Sump tank one at least the whole colony open up nicely.. main tank whether on sand bed or high up. left 50%..

my blue hornet in my maintank under 3x250W mh on sandbed giving me problem too.

Just starting (October 2009).
