1ft cube with IOS [the low tech tank]

1. JBJ C-breeze to keep temp hovering around 27-28'C

2. LED clip on - 120 bulbs

-skimmer-less-

My 3 humble equipments that keeps my tank running... [DRIED OUT]

1. The RSM itself of course 2.My NEW Deltec MCE-300 Skimmer 3. My trusty Arctica Chiller

Tank parameters:

Temperature maintained at 25.3'C to 24.7'C

No3: 10ppm(b4 the use of the deltec skimmer)

No3: 5ppm (after use of the skimmer)

Others? too lazy to measure...LOL

:mellow: Dun fret mate...still got plenty for U to 'ta-pao' at LCK. :eyebrow: BTW, where do U place the ZOAs ??? Under shade at tank bottom ?

not the kind of pox that i encounter before. why always my favourite coral up the lorry..... may bad too much pay attention to it.

Don't be sad bro. I also kanna. I lost 3 colonies thus far. Gonna dump more in. This lineage is like that. Not some bali zoa which we can throw into the tank and then 'bo-chup' but will still grow :(

I place on the top, may be that is the reason....

may be will go there this thursday, got any shipment that day?

polyp from both rock just strink and then disappeared.

i suspect it could be nudis the culprit... take out the zoas and deep in fresh water for 5 minutes... just monitor wether anything coming out from there or not....

I dont think its nudis.. Its also happening to mine recently.. Cant be nudis as I do fresh water dips for any new zoa entering my tank and my hungry watchdogs (wrasses) are always on the patrol.. I think the pox infection is inherent from the zoa itself... Will plan not to touch it so as not to stress it further..

ya under T5. mid lvl of the tank. so far none died but growing alot at the sides
